Our thermal baths are open to external visitors with a valid reservation.
We strive to keep the occupancy of the thermal baths at a comfortable level. Therefore, the places are limited, and we can only guarantee entry with a valid reservation. Children from 6 years of age have access during the day. A maximum of 6 tickets can be reserved; unfortunately, re-entry to the thermal baths is not allowed. Please note that no meals are available during bathing time and bringing your own towels and bathrobes is not permitted.

Wednesday to Sunday
11 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Please reserve your ticket in advance using the link above. Depending on the remaining capacity, we may offer last minute admission for external guests from Wednesday to Sunday. Requests can be made after 10 a.m. by calling the thermal baths reception via +41 58 7132 010

Prohibition of electronic devices with camera function
The thermal baths and the spa are a place of rest, and therefore electronic devices with a camera function are not permitted. Out of consideration for other guests, the entire thermal and spa area is a smartphone and camera-free zone.
